The LASER Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders covers all the legal and social responsibilities of a Personal Licence Holder and meets the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. This qualification is available to learners aged 18 years or older. The recommended number of guided learning hours is 8 hours and the total time to achieve the qualification (known as total qualification time – TQT) is 10 hours.
