For approved trainers only. If you are an approved trainer running a course out of office hours and have an emergency you need to speak to us about, please call 01932 578242.
Please note that learners must not use this number – we will not be able to help learners and cannot give out results from this number. If you have completed a training course and have a query about it, or about your certificate, you must call your training centre. If you have a query about your SIA licence, you must contact SIA directly via your online SIA account. SIA is a separate organisation; we do not issue SIA licences and we are not able to assist you with licence queries.
